Position: Level II Reactive Services Support Technician
We are seeking to fill this position as a vital addition to our Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve various client issues utilizing remote support technologies.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and vendor relations.
- Set up and troubleshoot Office applications across all versions.
- Manage and resolve issues related to VMWare host servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user and group management.
- Address issues with Firewalls, Switches, VPN connections, and other networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot Wireless Access Points and client wireless connections.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (7, 8/8.1, 10, 11).
- Manage and resolve issues with Windows Server versions.
- Handle server services configuration and troubleshooting, including DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, and others.
- Implement and troubleshoot digital certificate systems.
- Additional non-technical responsibilities include:
- Track and document scheduled tickets in the queue.
- Maintain records of all activities related to tickets and other non-client work.
- Support and manage various medical and dental software and hardware systems.
- Assist with current or upcoming project activities.
- Provide weekend monitoring and after-hours support as necessary.
- Execute complex tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a passion for IT are essential for this role.
- Capability to manage diverse situations daily, along with the flexibility to work extended hours when required.
- This role demands a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously.
