The Insurance Customer Support Specialist will assist referral partners and clients by delivering product and service information, addressing product and service inquiries. Furthermore, you will bolster the agency's sales team by aiding in policy servicing tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include...
- Providing outstanding customer service to existing clients both over the phone and in person.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and issues.
- Managing mortgagee changes and providing evidence of insurance.
- Addressing underwriting concerns with insurance carriers.
- Guiding clients through the claims process.
- Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Handling re-writes, reinstatements, cancellations, and quoting.
- Responding to inbound inquiries from carriers and referrals.
- Supporting agency producers in their efforts.
Qualifications We Seek...
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A valid state driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
- Possession of an active Property/Casualty License.
- Spanish language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
