Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement effective staffing and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including advertising, employee referrals, and professional associations.
    • Extend and negotiate job offers, and notify candidates who are not selected.
    • Provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement in recruitment, staffing, and onboarding.
    • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and use data to inform staffing plans.
    • Collect and report on employment metrics, including turnover and yield analysis.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
    • Help leaders develop performance improvement plans and ensure employees meet current and future performance standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in HR, preferably as a Business Partner, Employee Relations Specialist, HR Generalist, or OD Specialist.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
