About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at PagerDuty. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring new logo accounts in the Enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Selling: Focus on highlighting the unique value and benefits that PagerDuty's products and services can provide to customers.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of the problems and focus areas of your stakeholders and effectively communicate the technical wins and strategic business outcomes that PagerDuty can deliver.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Establish and maintain genuine connections with customers, negotiate positive business outcomes, and tailor presentations to suit the audience's level and interests.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure that your own and others' work and information are complete and accurate, prepare for meetings and presentations, and follow up with others to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales or SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of new logo closing experience in a direct selling capacity.
  • Closed strategic new logo accounts in the Enterprise space (accounts with over $1 billion in revenue).
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before.
