Radiology Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Radiology Service Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare radiology service desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system
- Offer superior customer service and support to our clients
- Communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and manage high-pressure situations
- Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required
- Experience working in a service desk environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and computer skills are essential
- Ability to document and type 40 words per minute
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations in healthcare
- Technical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS)
