Contract Administrator

We are partnering with a leading international retailer headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, to find a skilled Contract Administrator to join their legal team.

This role reports to the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs and works closely with a collaborative legal department.

This opportunity provides a clear path for growth and will allow you to take the lead on contract administration efforts for an innovative and lively company.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle with vendors, customers, and partners, ensuring proper execution and storage.
  • Optimize contract management systems and collaborate with legal teams to finalize complex deals, implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure all contracts and legal documents align with company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address contract issues and provide strategic guidance.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and generate reports to track compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a contract administration role
  • Experience with Ironclad
