Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Contract Specialist to join our team and help secure government contract opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all administrative aspects of government contracts.
  • Lead the application process for government bids, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop effective bidding strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Proactively search for and identify government contract opportunities that fit our organization's capabilities.
  • Compile and submit detailed proposal packages with all required documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and compliance of awarded contracts.
  • Serve as the liaison between our organization and government agencies, fostering smooth communication and project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to government procurement regulations and deadlines.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience managing government contracts and bids.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement regulations.
  • Expertise in identifying and securing government contract opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with contract management software and government bidding platforms.
  • Experience with SAM.gov and other government bid agencies is required.
