Job Title: Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at O2EPCM, Inc. dba O2 Engineering, Projects & Construction Management. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing procurements and contract documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review procurements and contract documents
  • Develop bid packages, scopes of work, and solicitation documents
  • Evaluate bids and proposals and make awards based on evaluations
  • Issue purchase orders, task orders, and work orders
  • Monitor contract compliance and negotiate amendments and/or change orders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years full-time paid professional experience in procurement
  • Experience in related goods, general, and professional service contracts, including negotiation, development, and administration of solicitation documents
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably related to business or public administration, law, or a related field
