Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the cycle of collecting work records and assignment receipts related to provider placements and ensuring accurate payment and billing to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process and reconcile rental car statements, corporate MasterCard accounts, and miscellaneous expenses with correct coding.
  • Laser-focus attention to detail and quality control.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams.
  • Assign reasonable accrual for missing vendor invoices for assignment-related travel expenses.
  • Prioritize work using the VISTA application and maintain complete, accurate records of all activities.

Strong computer skills are a must, including knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Excel.
