Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Instructional Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in special education, with a focus on creating individualized learning plans for students.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education, preferably with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or in a self-contained classroom setting.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans for qualifying employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide instructional support and guidance to students, adapting teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to foster a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Evaluate student progress regularly, making adjustments to teaching approaches as necessary to promote academic growth and achievement.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that caters to diverse student needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a current NH Special Education License.
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in special education, with a preference for those with experience working with ASD students or in self-contained classrooms.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
