As a Public Health Nurse Specialist at Amoskeag Health, you will be responsible for triaging Covid-19 related phone calls and walk-in patients with medical questions or concerns. You will also coordinate patient communications regarding lab results, medication refills, dosages, changes, and instructions from providers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in community health, with at least 3 years of experience as an RN or LPN. A current NH RN or LPN license is required, along with BLS certification. Your ability to delegate tasks to other team members and possess health assessment skills will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage Covid-19 related phone calls and walk-in patients
  • Coordinate patient communications regarding lab results, medication refills, dosages, changes, and instructions from providers
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care
