Job Summary

As a Sales Executive in Sacramento, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving top-line goals for our represented hotels. This involves proactively soliciting business from various segments, including small business accounts, new accounts, and re-soliciting past leads. You will focus on developing and executing property-specific business strategies, working closely with hotel General Managers and other stakeholders to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including small business accounts and non-deployed leads.
  • Develop and execute property-specific business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with hotel General Managers and other stakeholders to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place.
  • Manage daily sales activities, including lead generation, account management, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with other sales channels, including Multi-Hotel Sales, Account Sales, and Global Sales, to establish coordinated sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
