As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as a vital representative of the Burlington brand, playing a key role in our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a tidy, organized, and presentable sales area, and supporting the management team with daily store operations. You may be assigned to various departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assisting customers in finding products as needed.

+ Participating in floor moves, merchandising, display upkeep, and cleanliness.

+ Handling sales transactions at the registers and/or packaging merchandise.

+ Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
