Ensemble Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus that meet and exceed guest expectations
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including cooks and food service workers
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control for the kitchen
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
- Oversee banquet and catering operations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices in food service management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel experience with high-volume banquet operations, including restaurant/bar outlet
- Proven experience in menu planning and food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Previous experience in a cook or chef role
- Excellent skills in food service management
- Familiarity with banquet operations and food management
