Momentum Spine and Joint is a leading outpatient clinical network dedicated to serving the DFW metroplex. Our dedicated teams prioritize delivering comprehensive care with a personalized touch. At Momentum, we value the diversity and unique strengths of our team members, and we are currently seeking to enhance our Marketing Team.

We are looking for a new Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, TX. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department with various administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist marketers at promotional events to effectively represent our offices and aid in event setup and teardown.
  • Create marketing media kits to support promotional efforts.
  • Prepare promotional items and swag bags, ensuring proper marketing materials are included while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Maintain an organized marketing inventory.
  • Update and ensure consistency of information across various databases as provided by marketers (including but not limited to Camino, master maps, master contact lists, Sales Force, etc.).
  • Organize business cards and track follow-up actions.
  • Send follow-up communications after initial meetings with accounts (template emails will be provided).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other electronic formats, such as Google Spreadsheets and email systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to independently manage daily interactions with business relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
  • Professional demeanor in representing oneself and the company.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as per company policy.

Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
