Position Summary
The Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for inspecting, servicing, and overhauling aircraft and aircraft engines to guarantee airworthiness by executing the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily incoming and outgoing materials to comply with Quality Control standards as outlined in the AAR ISO 9000 Procedures Manual and Customer Requirements Manual.

2. Collaborate with the Director of Quality Control to review and enhance departmental standards.

3. Engage with suppliers and product lines to address and resolve any discrepancies.

4. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.

The work environment is typically a warehouse setting, and candidates should be prepared to adapt to this traditional environment.
