Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at Garyline LLC, a leading manufacturer of USA-made promotional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their promotional needs and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries to develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
  • Present and promote products to current and prospective customers, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Provide clients with quotes, pricing, and product details in a timely manner, negotiating pricing and terms to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in promotional products or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
