Job Summary

Worldwide Electric Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to prospects and customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote our products and services to prospects and customers through telephone sales and other channels.
  • Sales Targets: Meet assigned daily sales targets and daily call volume goals to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve problems reported by our customers in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Procedure Application: Apply our procedures, products, and services consistently to ensure high-quality customer service and sales outcomes.
  • Quote Production: Produce quotes and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the industrial equipment industry, preferably with a focus on electrical equipment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead management; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence; demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy; proficiency in MS Office; CRM/Sales-I experience a plus; willingness to engage in continuous learning; self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive.
