The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for learning our process, servicing existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also lead a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and take on a leadership role. With a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, you will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on team activity and results.
  • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Sales or customer service experience. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. The desire to be active in the community. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).


Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
