Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Client Systems Administrator to join our dynamic healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of our Epic EHR system, ensuring smooth operations and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Epic EHR system, including upgrades and patches.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
  • Enforce security policies, access controls, and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient health information (PHI).
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with Epic representatives and other vendors to coordinate system updates, address issues, and stay informed about new developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Epic ECSA Certification required (Module ECSA 101, ECSA 102, ECSA 105)
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting Epic EHR systems in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Windows server administration
  • Experience in VMware vSphere
  • Experience with load balancing solutions such as Citrix Netscalar
