Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our operations team in Metro Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Obtain new construction permits and organize job documents
  • Assist operations managers with daily tasks and projects
  • Manage customer phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using PC-based systems and Microsoft Office
