Job Overview

Accounts Payable Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices for multiple branches across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into the accounting system (Oracle)
  • Resolve and review discrepancies between POs and invoices
  • Ensure proper CG coding and matching
  • Respond to sites, vendors, and internal decision-makers regarding AP inquiries
  • Support special projects related to payables
  • Track and update accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years AP experience (manufacturing industry highly preferred but not required)
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma required
  • Comfortable working onsite
  • Understanding of general accounting

Pay Rate: $26-27/hr (non-exempt)

This is a direct hire position.

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k matching, PTO + Holiday pay, flexible working hours

Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
