- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Experience: At least 1 year prior experience in the guest service industry, preferably in a luxury property.
- Skills: Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with Opera experience preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for guest service and satisfaction.
