Position Summary:

A Kolter Hospitality Front Desk Agent is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. This role involves managing check-in and check-out procedures, distributing room keys, and addressing guest inquiries while adhering to all Kolter Hospitality standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  2. Manage all guest requests with attention and care.
  3. Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and features.
  4. Greet guests by name whenever feasible.
  5. Adhere to the hotel's pricing structures, discounts, and upselling strategies.
  6. Perform cashiering duties including billing, posting charges, and adjustments.
  7. Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical situations, as per established protocols.
  8. Process room reservation cancellations in accordance with policy.
  9. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  10. Follow all safety guidelines while performing job duties.

General Requirements:

Availability to work weekends

Punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.

Ability to operate a computer and reservation systems.

No prior experience required; customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Education: None required.

Physical Requirements:

Capability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling may be necessary.
