Austin Fitness Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our Retail Trade industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and provide guidance to junior sales associates
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
