Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at Steve Madden, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising an assigned work schedule in the absence of the Store Manager by assisting in all aspects of the store operations
  • Maintaining sales productivity levels through effective salesmanship skills
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and testing merchandise
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations, including supervising sales floor staff and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
