Account Growth Representative

We're looking for an Account Growth Representative to join our sales team at Systemverse. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote our technology solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and features that meet their business needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in outside sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
