Position Overview:
This role is focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of human resources within a defense-oriented environment. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief of Staff office by managing military personnel and contributing to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the internal SharePoint platform to ensure the workforce is informed about essential HR updates and initiatives.
- Identify and analyze complex HR issues, providing actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that reflect program objectives and success metrics for senior leadership.
- Assist in the formulation and upkeep of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidance to align with current policies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to create and manage documentation, reports, and presentations that support executive decision-making.
- Act as a liaison for communication efforts aimed at disseminating updated HR policies and resources to the workforce.
- Ensure familiarity with formal correspondence protocols and manage agreements with various intelligence agencies.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5 years) in a relevant field.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience in supporting high-level executive offices and understanding the Recognition, Evaluation, Development, and Integration (REDI) program.

Preferred Skills:
- Background in inter-agency collaboration and correspondence.
- Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering presentations to senior management.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to interact with peers and senior personnel.
- Capability to navigate the office environment to access necessary resources.
