Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead the HR operational team to provide support and guidance to employees and management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR.
- Develop and implement metrics-driven strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives to ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least seven years of human resource management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an HR operational team.
- Previous experience as a trusted advisor to company senior executives.
- Previous experience with HR metrics and reporting.
