Creative Operations Senior Manager

The Creative Operations Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and management of advertising assets across various platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Operations, this role is essential in providing comprehensive support to the Creative and Media Strategy teams, ensuring that all requests for advertising materials are effectively managed and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advertising production processes and project management principles, along with the ability to foster positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate Creative Operations functions, including account management, project oversight, and traffic coordination for the creation of advertising materials such as digital, print, and broadcast.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies tailored to the specific needs of the Creative and Media Strategy teams.
  • Serve as a proactive liaison between Creative Strategy, Media Strategy, and external advertising agencies to ensure the timely production of high-quality assets.
  • Optimize the use of project management tools to align with organizational goals and agency objectives.
  • Conduct regular planning sessions with Creative and Media Strategy teams to align resources and strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with partners and creative teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Oversee project management activities within designated tools.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and provide detailed recaps, ensuring follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Prioritize tasks collaboratively with the creative operations team, managing workload effectively.
  • Create detailed work plans and timelines that adhere to organizational guidelines.
  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders regarding project deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop tools and processes to enhance project transparency and provide regular updates and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Strong collaborative skills and a track record of gaining support from others.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with experience in marketing and agency environments.
