Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mondo. This role is pivotal in overseeing the deployment and management of advanced digital signage solutions across various business environments, including retail and corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with primary vendors to ensure effective technical support and service delivery for digital signage systems.
  • Manage the installation, upkeep, and operation of digital signage technologies, including media players and content management platforms.
  • Facilitate the setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated audiovisual equipment for corporate environments.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient project execution and technical operations.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project expectations.

Core Duties:
  • Provide expert guidance in the design, management, and implementation of digital signage solutions in corporate and retail spaces.
  • Offer technical support and installation expertise for Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and audiovisual systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying advanced engineering skills in digital signage and audiovisual systems.
  • Maintain a balanced focus between digital signage and Microsoft Teams Conference room technologies.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, particularly in technology solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital signage technologies.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a technical context.
  • 3-5 years of experience in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and audiovisual systems, with a solid understanding of related OEM technologies.
