We are seeking an Executive Director of Sales Strategy and Leadership to join our team.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
The salary range for this position is $320,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
