Breakthru Beverage Group Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our multi-year commercial road-map, driving sustainable and profitable growth for the organization.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying high-impact strategies, with prior experience in strategy consulting and/or internal strategy. You will work closely with the Director, Commercial Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement commercial opportunities through analysis, presentation building, and recommendation development.
This is a hybrid role (2 days at the office, 3 days from home) that can be based in any Breakthru Beverage office location. You will provide project management support and thought partnership for commercial work-streams across the commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Commercial Roadmap: Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project work and recommendation development, develop commercially viable solutions and recommendations to problems, build executive-ready presentations for Executive Team and Board of Managers, conduct ongoing industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities.
- Support Strategic Commercial Workstreams: Support commercial leadership through project management and thought partnership on various commercial workstreams, including Trade Development, Analytics & Commercial Capabilities, manage stakeholders and timelines to ensure key deliverables are completed on time and at a high level.
- Support Supplier Business Development & National Account Teams: Lead RFP and Pitch Response from timeline and stakeholder management, analytics support, and presentation building in partnership with SBD Team & Markets, support the streamlining and enhancement of supplier-facing communications to create efficiencies and increase consistency, support National Accounts organization on key strategic priorities.
- Strategic Analysis & Development: Serve as an internal consultant and business partner to BBG Commercial Organization & Leadership Team, effectively respond to time-sensitive requests for ad-hoc analyses, translate business inquiries into actionable reports and presentations on behalf of Commercial Organization, maintain an external mindset, staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends that could impact BBGs business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience, minimum 5 years of business experience, proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences, augment messaging/content accordingly, access, organize, and analyze complex data sets to identify thoughtful and actionable trends/insights, communicate findings verbally and visually through high-quality Executive Ready PowerPoint decks and verbal presentations.
- Analytic and reporting skills, utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills, ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 per year, this position is eligible to participate in a bonus program, metrics and level of participation determined annually, eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Companys 401(k) plan.
