About the Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible individual who is passionate about healthcare to provide supervision and guidance for residents during skills building and daily activities. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents in daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene assistance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident case notes.
  • Maintain an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.
  • Schedule: AM, PM, and NOC shifts available to accommodate your preferences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong commitment to teamwork. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
