Job Summary
">A challenging opportunity awaits an experienced Travel RN in a renowned Telemetry unit at El Camino Health, Los Gatos hospital.

We seek a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our team as a Travel RN in the Telemetry department.

About the Role:
">As a Travel RN in this 13-week assignment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in the Telemetry unit. Your expertise will enable you to identify and address complex medical conditions, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
">- Assess patient needs, develop, and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs, ECGs, and other critical parameters
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:
">- 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing
- Active RN license in California (or eligible)
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
