Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level one critical first line support for corporate office and local offices. This includes resolving and troubleshooting IT issues related to hardware support, network, operating systems, and software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Three plus years of experience with current versions of desktop supported software environments including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, web browsers, email clients, and office applications.
  • Mid-level network troubleshooting skills, which include enterprise wireless deployment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace/G-Suite, Google Apps, and Office 365.
  • Excellent customer service skills, supporting users via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Ability to perform computer hardware upgrades, including replacing hard drives, adding memory, and replacing screens.
  • Experience with Operating Systems (OS) image deployment, including Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and iOS images.
  • MDM/EMM experience.
