Job Summary
Camden PostAcute Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. This full-time or part-time position offers various shifts to accommodate your schedule.

In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting resident autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skills building and daily activities.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
  • Update resident case notes on a daily basis.
  • Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately $42,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
