Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and guide residents during daily activities and skills building sessions.
  2. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  3. Provide assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  4. Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting trust, respect, and open communication.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and case notes.
  6. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents at all times.

Our Benefits
A generous salary package of approximately $42,000 per year, based on experience, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
