In the role of Senior Structural Engineer, you will be instrumental in our distinguished team, guiding and managing intricate facilities engineering and design initiatives.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond design, ensuring the utmost standards of structural integrity and compliance across our diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural design efforts for a range of projects, incorporating innovative engineering methodologies.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, promoting skill enhancement and professional development.
Conduct advanced structural analyses and present findings in detailed reports.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for seamless project integration.
Stay informed on the latest advancements in structural engineering to apply cutting-edge practices.

A Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus) is preferred, but not mandatory.
A minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in facilities design.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and engineering tools.
Must hold a professional engineering license.
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not essential.
