Position Summary


As a leader in multidisciplinary design services, Olsson partners with some of the most progressive and sought-after companies globally. The expansive hyperscale data center campuses we design across the nation provide an exceptional opportunity to engage in some of the most intricate engineering projects currently underway.

In your role as a Senior Civil Project Engineer on our Data Center Civil Team, you will be integral to our most significant and complex projects. You will take on responsibilities as a project manager for certain initiatives while leading design efforts on others. Your tasks will include preparing planning and design documentation, conducting design calculations, and establishing and maintaining team and client standards. You may also oversee quality assurance and control, acting as a consultant on challenging projects. Coordination with various Olsson teams, technical staff, clients, and external consultants will be a key part of your role.


Site visits for project observation and participation in client meetings may be required.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant civil engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software
  • Registered Professional Engineer
