Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve organizational goals
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying, proposing, and executing impactful projects
  • Oversee projects aimed at community enhancement, including engineering analysis/design, I/I programs, and real-time monitoring
  • Develop and evaluate project proposals and scopes of work to align with client timelines and budgets
  • Ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects that fulfill client expectations by managing team workload and resource utilization
  • Provide training and mentorship to foster staff growth and empowerment
  • Manage labor, equipment resources, and recruitment needs based on project demands
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Required Professional Engineer certification
  • Experience in water resources, wastewater management, or transportation
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD software
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven leadership abilities in building relationships with executives, teams, and clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in

  • Competence in utilizing design software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
