Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Senior Manager to lead our PCIe and Ethernet Solutions product lines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of our products, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, market requirements documents, financial models, pricing, product positioning, and application-focused roadmaps to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze business and market trends, competitive landscapes, and SWOT analysis to identify strategic opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive overall product direction, including P&L, forecasting, and business operations.
  • Create sales tools such as level 1 presentations, sales channel communication, trainings, and competitive cheat sheets to support sales efforts.
  • Manage business aspects of customer engagements, including custom quotes, value statements, and tracking commitments.
  • Drive demand for IP products through product rollout and promotional initiatives at industry events.

  • Shape the strategic direction of our PCIe, Ethernet, and Multi-Die Solution product lines to achieve business objectives.
  • Influence key market trends and competitive positioning through insightful analysis and strategic planning.
  • Enhance product visibility and market penetration through compelling marketing programs and collateral.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Streamline product management processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Contribute to Synopsys' reputation as a leader in high-performance silicon chip and software content innovation.
Requirements
  • BS EE with 10+ years of relevant experience or MS EE with 8+ years of relevant experience. MBA is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCIe and Ethernet protocols.
  • Understanding of High Speed PHY architectures.
  • Familiarity with the data center market and semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven expertise in product positioning, value proposition articulation, and creation of compelling collateral.
  • Experience with strategic market analysis and product planning.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Track record of creative marketing programs and successful product launches.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with intellectual property licensing and business models is preferred.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $188,000-$282,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
