Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.


Overview:
Atria is seeking a dynamic and highly organized HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience, particularly in coordinating schedules, managing projects, and providing administrative support to HR and recruitment teams.

This role demands an individual who excels in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

The specialist will be based in our Manhattan headquarters and will be present on-site to collaborate with the People team, ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Facilitate processes that support various functional areas within Human Resources.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews in collaboration with the team.
  • Address internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Draft offer letters for review.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
  • Assist in implementing processes that align with the company's recruitment, onboarding, and training objectives.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the employee experience by fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $90,000

Location:
Onsite 100% in our New York office

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in Human Resources; experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
