- Assist clients with budgeting and mortgage options, working closely with lenders to secure the best possible terms.
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers, or listing agents, to achieve desired results.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies.
- Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Compile detailed lists of real estate properties, including location and features.
- Promote property sales through open houses, multiple listing services, and targeted advertising.
- Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal attorneys to refer clients.
- Evaluate clients' financial abilities and research properties within their buying power.
- A proven track record of successful real estate sales.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current trends.
- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work 6 days a week, with flexible hours.
- Proficiency in using CRMs, high-level coaching, mentorship, Dotloop, and MLS.
- Ability to travel to any location in central Iowa, with a focus on the Des Moines area.
