Title Abstractor

We are seeking a skilled Abstractor to join our team at Palmer Group. As an Abstractor, you will be responsible for overseeing Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting. Your duties will include completing search and exam for abstract products, reviewing completed abstract products for accuracy, and compiling documents from archives and converting them into a scanned image.

• Oversee Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting
• Complete search and exam for abstract products
• Review completed abstract products for accuracy
• Compile documents from archives and convert them into a scanned image
• Perform courthouse duties as necessary
• Answer client questions as appropriate
• Assist in the maintenance of the title plant records as necessary

• 2+ years of Title or Abstractor experience
• Certified Land Title Professional a plus
• Root Extract experience is preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks in a timely manner
