Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Assume responsibility for rapid assessment and nursing diagnosis, collaborating with medical partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and optimal care plans.
  • Perform advanced practice procedures and utilize the nursing process to promote and restore the health and well-being of patients.
  • Embrace personal accountability for the organizational mission and core values.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting, preferred.
  • Specialized nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from a nationally accredited postgraduate program.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and listing on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry.
  • Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty.
  • A valid RN License.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association, as required by the practice setting.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, as required by the practice setting.
  • Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for the role.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires Medium Work, involving the ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.
