Role Summary:

We are seeking a committed and skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a specialized nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical support to patients facing severe health challenges, including those recovering from major surgeries or experiencing life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying any changes in health status.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and their families regarding care updates.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with the healthcare team.
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate health records.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN License; must meet state licensing requirements.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
  • NIHSS and TNCC or TCAR certifications required within specified timeframes.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an ICU setting is essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge relevant to critical care nursing.
