Compensation: Competitive salary with potential for up to $8K relocation bonus
Schedule: Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM; no on-call requirements, with a rotation every other weekend and holiday.
Role SummaryWe are seeking a committed and skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical attention to patients in our ICU, including those recovering from major surgeries or experiencing severe health crises such as heart attacks or strokes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient progress and health status.
- Identify and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Communicate regularly with physicians, patients, and their families regarding care updates.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies and alert the appropriate medical staff.
- Attend to the needs of patients during their recovery in the ICU.
- Complete necessary documentation prior to patient transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient conditions as per standard procedures.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete all assigned duties within the designated timeframe.

- Valid RN License required; must hold current state nursing licenses or an RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is mandatory.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire or within 8 weeks of hire.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
- NIHSS certification required upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC or TCAR certification required upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience in an ICU setting is required.
- Possess nursing skills and knowledge specific to the intensive care specialty.
