Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Teller to join our team at our kiosk located at the Pearlridge Center in Aiea, HI. As a teller, you will play a key role in maintaining our professional image with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including currency exchange and other financial services.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
