As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining a professional image in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a professional image in our store, adhering to our company's values and standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Availability to work weekends and some weekdays, approximately 16-24 hours per week.
